Our Plan:

Our employees critical to maintaining service are practicing physical distancing, have available gloves, sanitizer, wipes, and other protective gear, and taking prevention measures recommended by the CDC. We have taken steps to separate critical workers to minimize risk of exposure. We have restricted outside visitors, restricted all business travel that is not critical, and limited in person meetings.

Continuing Service:

Due to the unique and extenuating circumstances related to the pandemic and in the best interests of our customers, both residential and commercial, we have suspended disconnections for non-payment. If you have any questions related to your account, please contact our Customer Service Department at (540) 777-4427 Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.

Staying Prepared:

As state and local governments are moving swiftly to combat the spread of COVID-19, we are working with them to ensure that our essential employees are designated critical responders and are able to travel as necessary to respond to emergency calls. We’re following the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and continually reviewing our responses and guidance we are providing to our employees.
