FEE OF $2.99 Roanoke Gas Company's Residential Fuel Line Protection Plan (FLPP)
will cover all maintenance, repairs or replacement of inside natural gas fuel
lines. |
If
your inside fuel line develops a leak, call Roanoke Gas and we will dispatch an
experienced technician to your residence to locate the problem and make necessary
repairs. As long as you are covered by FLPP there will be no charge. Customers
not covered by FLPP may have to pay expensive service fees plus the cost of materials.
To sign up call 777-4427 and ask to be put on the Fuel Line Protection Plan. The
$2.99 monthly fee will be added to your natural gas statement.
Plan
does not cover installation of new fuel lines, appliance repairs or restoration
of walls or ceilings associated with repairs. Plan can be discontinued at any
time.
