If you have received a special mailing from Roanoke Gas Company regarding Coronavirus relief, you may be eligible for financial assistance on your past due natural gas account.  To receive assistance, you must complete an application.  You can complete the application using one of the following methods:

Call Roanoke Gas Customer Service at (540) 777-4427 Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. A representative can fill out the application for you.

Complete the application that you received in the mail and mail it to:

To receive assistance, we must receive your completed application no later than Friday February 5, 2021.  This is a federal government assistance program with strict deadlines.  No exceptions can be made for late or incomplete applications.

This is a one-time assistance opportunity.  Customers that are approved will have funds posted to their account as soon as possible after the application period ends.  We hope you, your family and loved ones continue to stay safe.
