• We will not call you and ask for personal information (like bank account numbers, social security numbers, credit card numbers, etc.).
  • We do not accept prepaid cards for bill payment.
  • We are currently processing a rate refund to our customers.  If your account is active and you are due a refund, the refund amount will be included on your next gas bill.  If your account has been closed and you are due a refund, you should receive a check via the US Mail in the next 30 days.  You do not need to take any action to receive your refund!
  • If you receive a suspicious call from someone claiming to be with Roanoke Gas, please hang up.  If you wish to discuss the call with Roanoke Gas, please call Customer Service during normal business hours at (540) 777-4427.
