Property Site Visits

Roanoke Gas Company provides a property site visit to your home or business to help identify where our gas meter installation is best suited for your project. One of our Marketing Representatives will be glad to assist you with this. They will first check to see if a natural gas line is available near your property and will then make a visit to your site to determine how our gas line would be installed on your property. They will inspect landscaping and fencing areas to make sure a natural gas line is possible. The meter location would then be flagged so the installation crew would know where to extend the gas line.

Site visits should be made with the person or persons in charge of the project. A Marketing Representative will have you sign a gas line agreement confirming your order for the natural gas line.
